- Final confirmations with vendors
- Up to 8 hours of event-day management
- Basic floor plan guidance for smooth flow

Blossom Party Package
For celebrations where design matters just as much as logistics. The Blossom Package provides guidance and creative input, helping you shape an event that feels special and thoughtful.
Includes everything in Sprout, plus:
- Custom event design concept with mood boards and styling guidance
- Vendor sourcing for up to 5 vendors
- Layout planning and guest flow strategy
- Limited décor sourcing support
- Two design revisions included
- Up to 10 hours of event-day coverag

Full Bloom Party Package
A comprehensive planning package for clients who want their celebration fully envisioned and expertly executed. I take your ideas, expand them, and handle the details so you can relax and enjoy.

- Full event design and styling development
- Detailed décor sourcing plan with shopping guidance
- Vendor management for up to 8 vendors
- Budget planning and guidance
- RSVP tracking assistance
- Up to three venue/site visits
- Setup styling oversight
- Up to 12 hours of event-day management
- Two assistants included if guest count exceeds

Ever After Celebration Package
Our most luxurious full-service package. From concept to clean-up, I handle everything so you can enjoy a stress-free, magical event. Every detail is curated, every timeline is managed, and every moment is intentional.
Includes everything in Full Bloom, plus:
- Unlimited planning consultations
- Comprehensive vendor management and contract guidance
- Custom mood boards and full styling oversight
- Décor sourcing & procurement management
- Rehearsal coordination (if applicable)
- Full setup, styling, and breakdown supervision
- Extended event-day coverage up to 14 hours
- Dedicated lead planner + assistant team for seamless execution
